Job Description


  • Handle and process mortgage documents (assignments and title reports).
  • Understand the mortgage industry.
  • Be familiar with loan servicing tasks.
  • Proofread and audit recordable documents.
  • Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents.
  • $14 an hour.
  • 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday/

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Mortgage experience with a minimum 6 months related experience.
Title experience a plus.
Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail.
