Utilize on-line systems, phone calls, and emails to schedule appointments.
Enter appointment dates, times and confirmation information with complete accuracy.
Review loads to determine appointment status.
Communicate with vendor-specific shippers, customers, and receivers.
Identify exceptions and communicate those with the appropriate branch representative for resolution.
Multi-task between phone calls, emails, and online scheduling systems.
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Contract to Hire (after approximately 90 days).
$16 an hour (depending on experience).

High school diploma (or GED equivalent).
Customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
