Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize on-line systems, phone calls, and emails to schedule appointments.
  • Enter appointment dates, times and confirmation information with complete accuracy.
  • Review loads to determine appointment status.
  • Communicate with vendor-specific shippers, customers, and receivers.
  • Identify exceptions and communicate those with the appropriate branch representative for resolution.
  • Multi-task between phone calls, emails, and online scheduling systems.
SCHEDULE:
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Contract to Hire (after approximately 90 days).
PAY/PERKS:
  • $16 an hour (depending on experience).
  • Full benefits package provided.

Job Requirements

High school diploma (or GED equivalent).
Customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills and problem solving skills.
