Job Description

We are partnering with a new home builder who is looking for a Part Time Receptionist able to work the weekends! This role is a true receptionist position answering phones and helping out with basic office work. In addition, you will be greeting guests as they come in, assisting the sales agents with paperwork, and anything else the manager would ask of.

 
Job Requirements: 

  • The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years' receptionist experience
  • Must be able to professionally represent in person and on the phone
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in an office environment & navigate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High school diploma/G.E.D. min
This is a long term opportunity working weekends. Paying $13 - $14/hr. Immediate start date. Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 6pm.
