Job Description

Customer Service Representative

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online chats regarding customer orders
  • Process online orders, send out order confirmations, answer product questions
  • Provide shipping information and status updates to customers as requested
  • Ensure proper resolution of all issues during to order process
  • Provide product recommendations
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • 1-3 years of professional customer service and order entry experience required
Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm

Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in customer service/order entry
Previous call center experience is a plus
High School Diploma required
