Job Description

If you are a self motivated, organized individual with experience in Customer Service and Sales support this is the place for you. Variety of duties keep the day busy and never boring.

Office and Sales Support Responsibilities :
Process efficiently and accurately installation orders, change orders, scheduling requests and other related items.
Outside Sales Representative support with doing quotes, processing orders, etc.
Interact with customers, salespeople and subcontractors to promptly process work orders and/or resolve discrepancies including Jobs Scheduled, Customer Inquiries, Sub Payroll, etc.
Create and process quotes, subcontractor payments, etc.
Cross train and perform a variety of duties including assisting the Scheduler/Dispatcher.
Deal with daily operations of the office and schedule.

Office and Sales Support Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate
Proficient with Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written skills with a positive customer service attitude.
Great organization skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under pressure
