Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Set specific time & dates for delivery, pickups, and reschedules.
  • Gather and document information to ensure successful pickups or deliveries.
  • Complete needed paperwork, making sure that all orders are thoroughly documented.
  • Complete order entries and price quoting.
  • Track and trace shipments & loads in the system.
  • Communicate with customers through email (100+ emails daily) and the phone (40-60 calls daily).
  • Deliver top-notch customer service.
  • 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Temp-to-hire.
  • $16 an hour.
  • Full benefits.

Job Requirements

Spelling and punctuation skills.
General USA geography skills.
Have attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and be excited to learn.
Previous experience with freight terminology preferred but not required.
