Job Description

HR Business Partner: with emphasis on Generalist/Recruiting background.  Includes:  ADP Management, Policies Management, Recruiting, Agency (contracts, RFQ, req. approvals, point of contact); Organizational Management; Headcount Management (full time & agency) Exit Interviews; Voluntary Terminations; Reporting AHOC from ADP & Survey Monkey; Auditing HRIS system.
