Executive Assistant/Systems Administrator 2904

Executive Assistant/Systems Administrator 2904will provide executive level administrative support for CEO and Senior Management to ensure continuity of daily global practice or regional office functions and operations.

* Install, configure, and maintain various software systems for the company.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best use of all systems with new updates.

* Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our security technology solutions at client sites, as needed.

* Provide complex calendar management, exercising discretion and judgment to analyze and appropriately prioritize complicated and challenging schedules; respond to frequent changes in schedules; set priorities. Prepare itineraries, agenda packets and travel arrangements. Serve as delegate or proxy for executive when appropriate.

* Responsible for gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information to prepare documents such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations.

* Assemble and analyze information involving business plans, and financial reports, resulting in the final plan submission.

* Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the department are conducted within established budgets.

* Provide complex screening, fielding, prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail, and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

* Prepare a variety of communication including emails, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.

* Facilitate smooth communication between Executives and Staff members.

* Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information.

* Maintain the security and confidentiality of calendars, files, records and files.

* Facilitate document approvals and processing which includes but not limited to invoices, contracts and other confidential documents.

* Manage schedules, appointment requests and a high volume of calendar meetings and events. Manage the logistics of large group events.

Executive Assistant/Systems Administrator 2904

* Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, and other software systems) and database management.

* Bachelor's degree

* 5 years related experience e, including demonstrated ability to prove administrative support at the executive level.

* High-level computer skill proficiency and demonstrated ability to advance technical skills. Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel.

* Ability to create presentations with Power Point or equivalent software.

* Strong presentation skills are preferred. Comfort with and ability to adapt in a changing technical environment.
