Job Description

We are looking for a temp-hire receptionist for our office in the Beverly Hills/Grove area. This position requires someone who has a professional appearance who is articulate and able to deal with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP!

Pay = $25/hr
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 11am - 8pm and Fridays 10am - 7pm
Primary Function & Essential Responsibilities
* Open and close front desk
* Coordinate office opening and closing with Office Manager and necessary departments
* Answer all phone calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly
* Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Greet guests and coordinate temperature checks, hand sanitation, and mask distribution
* Assist office with facilities related requests, such as maintenance requests, ordering of supplies, arrangement of temporary office space for visitors
* Daily scanning of documents
* Coordinate conference room scheduling
* Provide administrative support as needed by preparing and processing expense reports, arranging meetings, preparing documents, etc.
* Special projects as directed

Skills & Abilities
Experience Required:
* 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment

Requirements
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent telephone etiquette
* Professional demeanor and appearance
* Ability to provide exemplary service to clients and co-workers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well-organized, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexibility in terms of accepting process changes, variable work volume and new ideas
* A team player with the ability to work with diverse personalities

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience?
