Job Description

A global Medical Device company in Irvine, CA is looking to identify and hire a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for transitioning inventories away from mixed inventory programs at US hospital locations using a variety of processes and systems in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Developing analytical reports using multiple systems to show historical data on prior inventory programs in comparison to present day data..
  • Coordinating & leading conference calls with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a plan to convert existing inventory to an alternate distribution model.
  • Coordinating and executing multi-step plan to convert inventory.
  • Reconciling existing consignment inventory in conjunction with conversion activities.
  • Evaluating usage of Edwards inventory in order to make recommendations on appropriate inventory levels and negotiate with external stakeholders to arrive on mutually agreeable quantities.
  • Coordinating contract updates as necessary to reflect new consignment levels.
Professional Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in finance, customer service, sales and/or sales operations required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with all levels of hospital administration up to and including C-Suite. 
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, ERP and CRM systems required.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills. 
  • Strict attention to detail with a high-degree of accuracy. 
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred
