Provide administrative support to the Project Coordination team
Assist with maintaining and monitoring project plans, task lists/checklists, and schedules
Ensure project deadlines are met
Organize and schedule speaking engagements and web-based education sessions
Assist with preparation of and proofread PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate the production of/prepare weekly, monthly and/or final project reporting
Coordinate and set up standard, low-intensity client projects
Act as the main contact for assigned client projects
Schedule, coordinate, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes for internal and client meetings
Coordinate/support the production of reports
Proofread and prepare final documents
Coordinate the collection of project data and distributes to assigned team member(s)
Assist in monthly billing and revenue recognition workflow on a variety of projects
Assist in production of contracts and proposals

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce, webinar meeting software and/or Adobe Acrobat is a plus
• Strong writing and notetaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
