Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Coordination team
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring project plans, task lists/checklists, and schedules
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Organize and schedule speaking engagements and web-based education sessions
  • Assist with preparation of and proofread PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate the production of/prepare weekly, monthly and/or final project reporting
  • Coordinate and set up standard, low-intensity client projects
  • Act as the main contact for assigned client projects
  • Schedule, coordinate, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes for internal and client meetings
  • Coordinate/support the production of reports
  • Proofread and prepare final documents
  • Coordinate the collection of project data and distributes to assigned team member(s)
  • Assist in monthly billing and revenue recognition workflow on a variety of projects
  • Assist in production of contracts and proposals
