Job Description

Fun and polished office in Century City is seeking a Recruiting Assistant. The ideal candidate will act as both a receptionist & office manager; providing administrative support to our team of recruiters while answering phones, processing payroll, and providing customer service to our clients and candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • High-level administrative support to everyone in the office
  • Directing a large amount of phone calls
  • Processing payroll for Ambassadors
  • Data entry related to sales and recruiting activity
  • Assisting with the screening and new-hire process for Ambassadors
  • Providing customer service to clients and candidates
  • Maintaining the office & ordering supplies
  • Misc. clerical work
Skills & Qualifications
  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • An interest in Recruiting & Sales
