Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Work loads in chronological order following the Appointment Scheduling Operating Procedures.
  • Work inbound calls when scheduled
  • Review loads to determine appointment status.
  • Schedule appointments online or via phone, fax, and email.
  • Enter appointment dates, times, and confirmation information with complete accuracy.
  • Identify exceptions and communicate with correct branch contact to get resolution
  • Foster a work environment of exceptional customer service
  • Maintain performance goals pertaining to efficiency & accuracy as outlined by supervisor
  • Be at work when scheduled and stay within schedule compliance guidelines.
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; efficiently handle customers
What you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Pay: $15/hr
Full Benefits
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
