Work loads in chronological order following the Appointment Scheduling Operating Procedures.
Work inbound calls when scheduled
Review loads to determine appointment status.
Schedule appointments online or via phone, fax, and email.
Enter appointment dates, times, and confirmation information with complete accuracy.
Identify exceptions and communicate with correct branch contact to get resolution
Foster a work environment of exceptional customer service
Maintain performance goals pertaining to efficiency & accuracy as outlined by supervisor
Be at work when scheduled and stay within schedule compliance guidelines.
Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; efficiently handle customers
What you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Pay: $15/hr Full Benefits Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
