Job Description

  • Administrative Assitant, Galleria area, temp-to-hire, $16-$19/hr
  • High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills
  • Receptionist duties as need (greeting guests, mail distribution, answering phones)
  • Processing payments and entering information accurately into system
  • MUST have strong computer and communication skills
  • Filing/scanning, ordering supplies, inventory mgmt.
