Job Description

Administrative Assistant 

  • Conduct clerical duties: Filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Coordinate meetings and project deliverable
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, receivables, and generating reports
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide administrative support for Sales, Accounting, & Operations staff
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in an office setting
  • Construction related experience is preferred
  • Customer oriented mentality
  • Handles themselves professionally as this will be a customer facing role.
  • General keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
