Conduct clerical duties: Filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Coordinate meetings and project deliverable
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, receivables, and generating reports
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff
Provide administrative support for Sales, Accounting, & Operations staff
2+ years experience in an office setting
Construction related experience is preferred
Customer oriented mentality
Handles themselves professionally as this will be a customer facing role.
General keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
