Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client in Irvine, CA. The position will be supporting 3-5 senior managers and will play an important role in making sure operations run smoothly. Must have strong communication skills, excellent computer skills and a positive attitude. The role is onsite in Irvine, CA; 8am - 5pm; up to $38/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle heavy calendaring for 3-5 senior managers
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings
  • Plan all business travel - flights, car, hotel etc - mostly domestic; international travel experience would be a plus
  • Process all expenses via Concur

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, 2+ years of higher education is preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
