Job Description

Rebuilder Technician electrical/ mechanical equipment Direct Hire

Pay range: $21.00- $23.00 an hour

Hours: 7:30am- 4:00pm Monday- Friday fully on site

Job Description:

In House Technician is responsible for preparing and rebuilding used equipment. The Rebuilder is also responsible for completing jobs in an efficient manner and that are of high quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild used equipment
  • Maintain an inventory of used equipment
  • Assist in maintaining new parts inventory and making sure the stock is put away
  • Remove spare parts from machines being disposed
  • Identify which machines are worth keeping or should be disposed of
  • Accomplish 4-6 rebuilds a day based on depth of rebuild

Skills:

  • General knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical concepts
  • Able to lift heavy equipment safely
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task with an attention for details
  • Excellent time-management skills; available to work overtime when needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass drug test and background screening.
  • Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
  • An active driver's license along with a satisfactory driving record is a plus
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Trade school degree or certification a plus
