Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information
  • Identify customers' needs and clarify information
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

** People with Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Customer Service experience encouraged to apply! **

PAY: $15/Hour ($16/Hour for Bilingual!)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
