Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is representing a well-established environmental company in the Odenton, MD area who is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for their Human Resources department.  The assignment would be for 6 months and is a full-time opportunity.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.  The pay rate is based upon experience but could range between $16 - $20/hour. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors
  • Sort/distribute mail
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings
  • Filing/data entry
  • Develop and lead presentations
  • Scanning and converting documents
  • Report generation
  • Calendar management
