Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a client in Frederick, MD. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with a starting salary of $17-19 an hour. The hours are 8:00 to 5:00.

The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for to collections of customer accounts, posting of customer payments, managing customer credit applications/extension of credit and other related duties.

Duties Included but Not Limited to:

  • Process new customer credit applications
  • Assist with analysis of credit worthiness of existing customers
  • Maintain customer receivables
  • Communicate and follow up in a timely manner with sales department regarding past due customer accounts
  • Maintain details of customer record in the system

Job Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum of two years of accounts receivable, collection or related experience required
Commercial Collections experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written skills
