Job Description

We are looking for the NVOCC side of operations for experienced candidates who are interested in the logistics/Supply chain industry.

The Ocean Import Coordinator is mainly responsible for ensuring the proper and timely movement of shipments


Duties for Ocean Import Coordinator:

  • Daily track and tracing
  • Understand Ocean B/L (MBL/HBL/Direct B/L) and Inbound regulation and documentation
  • Check the documentation
  • Confirm Sop and shipment details
  • Issue Arrival notice, issuing IT or T&E , issuing D/O or delivery instruction
  • Communication and shipment coordination with Origin office, carrier, terminal, CFS, trucker, sales representative
  • Daily cargo tracing as using Website of carrier, terminal, CFS and Rail companies until the shipment is delivered and Empty container is returned
  • Update cargo status to company system
  • BOL, payment collection
  • Cargo release
  • Billing
Requirements for Ocean Import Coordinator:
  • 1+ years' in Logistics industry
  • 1+ years' with Ocean Import
