We are Hiring Immediately for an Order Entry - Customer Service Representative in Irvine, CA! Temporary to Hire.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing, order tracking, RMAs, and credits
• Updating customers and clients on product information, technical sheets, and order updates
• Customer service between clients and customers
• Research and update marketing material to send to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience of order entry and customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Comfortable making calls and receiving calls from clients and vendors
