Job Description
Data Entry Clerk
- Obtain and supply hard copy proof of delivery documents for each shipment for clients
- Documents are obtained through online web portals on carrier websites
- Enter in proof of delivery reference numbers and provide documents to clients once completed
- Occasional phone calls may need to be made to obtain the shipping document
- Previous experience in an office support role is preferred
- Full training will be provided, no prior experience in freight/logistics is needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of clerical/data entry experience in a professional office setting
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills - typing, accuracy, etc.
Additional Information
- Pay: $20/hr.
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Type: Contract-to-hire
