Enter insurance and claims data into the computer system using strong analytical skills to ensure that information is accurate and requirements are met by the policies being entered.
Exercises decision making skills by determining the appropriate course of action to be taken using knowledge of products and services while maintaining quality, productivity and time-service standards.
Approx 75% of this position is administrative, operations, data entry, and processing duties
The other 25% is working in a customer service role, dealing with clients over the phone/email and their questions regarding their files.
Data interpretation and entry
Good comprehension/problem-solving skills
Written communication skills - grammar, spelling, etc.
Associates Degree or higher preferred
Background check is required.
Hours are 8a-430p, M-F
Pay would be $14.00-$16.00 per hour
