Hire and manage 3rd party property managers, contractors and other vendors
Analyze lease vs sale options and obtain manager approval when required per policies and procedures
Obtain and evaluate rent recommendations, leases, title reports and other items needed for transactions
Coordinate efforts with attorneys for timely evictions when required
Ensure properties are maintained to increase marketing effectiveness and avoid violations
Use corporate and 3rd party applications as needed, for management of the REO rental program
Work as a team with multiple business groups (such as portfolio strategy, accounting and treasury) for best execution
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Property management experience required, with advanced knowledge of real estate transactions
Proficient in Excel and Word
Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to details and ownership of responsibilities
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly organized
