Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable and polished Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting and overseeing office operations in a rapidly growing Los Angeles office.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a high level of phone calls and emails
  • Organize and schedule calendars
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Run and manage social media accounts
  • Assist and coordinate office projects and events
  • Provide support in processing payroll and expenses
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience of administrative support or related office setting roles are preferred
  • Extreme dependability, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, Outlook, etc
  • Open minded team player with positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree
