We have an immediate need of an experienced Support Consultant to aid one of our largest clients! In this role, you will review customer contracts to ensure it aligns with their fulfilled order and invoice (either access given or software/data delivered as a service), calculate invoice ensuring contract and company compliance, submission of invoices, process orders, review or assist in reviewing work/reports, follow up on missing information, update account information, other tasks as assigned.
