Position: Project Coordinator
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday (flexible start time between 7 and 8am)
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Location: Central San Diego

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator looking to build a career with a growing company!  A local subcontractor focused on high end interior design and remodels is adding to their team or Project Coordinators and Jr. Quotations specialist.  This position reports directly to the owner and the ideal candidate will be looking for a chance to grow into a Project Management role with a service minded company.  If you thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment, enjoy seeing projects from idea to completion then please apply for additional details and consideration!

Responsibilities:
Offer administrative support to Project Managers
Enter PO information
Gather shipping quotes, schedule deliveries and track delivery schedules
Generate quotes and submit bids
Review and edit new sales orders for accuracy
Coordinate calls with designers, customers and vendors to ensure projects meet client specifications 

Requirements:
At least 2+ years working in Project Coordination or relevant role
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Intermediate technical skills including Excel (basic formulas), Outlook (scheduling).  
Basic Quickbooks skills preferred but not mandatory
Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and meet deadlines
