Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments from customers 
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Take customer orders and assist with inquiries
  • Process bills for outgoing materials
  • Assist project managers on projects
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented
