Entry-Level Call Center Representative
Denver, CO - MUST BE LOCATED IN CO
Pay: $21-$23/HR
Schedule: M-F // 8am to 5pm // 100% in office
Position Overview: Our client is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Call Center Representatives. This position will involve providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
2. Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Problem Solving: Analyze customer concerns and troubleshoot problems effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
4. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions into the company's database or CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
