Ultimate Staffing is excited to partner with a distinguished client in Miami, FL, to seek a dedicated Junior Supply Chain Analyst for their Operations Department. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's supply chain processes.

Position Overview: As a Junior Supply Chain Analyst, the selected candidate will be instrumental in upholding the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of supply chain data. This role involves utilizing a variety of tools to review, identify, and rectify data discrepancies, thereby supporting the integrity of supply chain information. The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with the supply chain, R&D, and Quality departments, ensuring organizational policies are met and upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold the integrity of master data across the supply chain department.
• Handle SKU setup and management within the ERP system, including document control, drawing revisions, and updates from Design Change Requests (DCRs).
• Develop and update item Bill of Materials (BOMs) to accurately reflect current revisions.
• Manage system BOM revisions, ensuring affected parties are notified of changes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI and Excel dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide additional support to the supply chain team as required.

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within supply chain operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with solid experience in database management and reporting tools.
• A highly self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on supporting supply chain efficiency.

Education and Training:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is required.
