Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact and program specialist for potential students considering enrollment
• Engage with prospective students through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, click-to-chat, and text messages, aiming to encourage enrollment
• Conduct conversations with prospective students to understand their needs and facilitate their enrollment process
• Provide guidance and support to students from the application stage to their first week of enrollment
• Maintain and update computerized databases related to prospective students, application materials, and follow-up documents
• Assist in tracking student recruitment efforts and participate in tele-counseling and communication workflows
• Educate students about college policies, testing, placement procedures, and admissions protocols
• Engage in outreach and recruitment efforts, offering expertise and advice to others as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Approximately two years of experience in admissions, consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations, influencing others, and meeting deadlines
• Passion and enthusiasm for education

• Pay Rate: $50k/yr.
• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Mon - Fri - Dayshift schedule
