We currently have an immediate need for a Customer Service Specialist! Beautiful office and room for advancement within! Pay rate: $15-$17/hour starting.
Job Duties include:
- Receive and record information for all calls incoming and outgoing.
- Decisiveness, willingness to address problems and make requests by communicating with the necessary parties.
- Receive deliveries and dispatching orders for products.
- Solid multitasking skills and ability to prioritize calls according to urgency.
- Familiarity with necessary equipment, phone, computer, to dispatch personnel, vehicles, or field units to appropriate locations.
- Follow through to watch progress and assure timely assistance with monitoring.
- Knowledgeable at all times, providing field units with vital information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
- Basic data entry skills needed to use computer system to maintain logs and records of calls.
- Full time Mon-Fri 8-5pm, 9-6pm, 10-7pm, or 11-8pm

-1-3 years of customer service experience
-Experience in a logistics setting is preferred but not required
-Familiar using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Typing skills exceed 45 wpm
