What we are looking for
Your mission as a key sales team member is to help grow our B2B side of the business. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, optimistic and genuinely curious folks to join our high-impact sales team.
We need a creative and open-minded individual that really loves what they do, and who takes pride in their contributions to a team. Being a supportive team-player is just as important to us as your ability to find and win people over.
From the get go - we need you to be able to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification process
  • Research prospective accounts and contacts via web, social, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Connect with and quickly establish rapport with key contacts and prospects
  • Identify key stakeholders including product champion and executive sponsor
  • Convert qualified leads to opportunities
  • Attend trade shows, prospect events and engage in relevant associations as needed
  • Capable of working independently and keeping yourself busy
  • Relentlessly track activity in CRM
  • Be willing to go all-in to help the team achieve our collective goals
  • Stay true to the mantra of selling like you want to be sold to
Our wish list
We'd ideally love to speak with people who have some sales or business development experience and the desire to learn. Don't be discouraged if you don't have all of these skills below - we believe in giving people the chance to learn and grow in their roles if they're as passionate as we are!
·BA or BS from accredited university in business related field, psychology or political science, or applicable experience
·Experience with cloud-based software including CRM (Salesforce.com experience a bonus)
·1-2 years of sales experience
· Strong business acumen
·Enthusiastic and passionate about helping to improve the lives of others through education
·Very comfortable in new social settings
·Great conversation starter that is genuinely interested in other's responses and/or answers
·A keenness to embrace data driven activity and decision making
