We are partnering with a client who is looking to add a professional, high-energy inside sales representative to their team! As an inside sales representative, you would be a key player in growing the business by building relationships with new and current clients throughout the Tampa area. Job Duties:

  • Call on businesses within your territory to generate and qualify leads (200 - 250 calls per week)
  • Demonstrate consistent performance resulting in meeting and exceeding monthly goals 
  • Build new business and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Accurately quote equipment and other products/services
  • Process customer orders
  • Follow up on all customer inquiries 
  • Track and maintain all prospect and customer activity in the CRM
  • Work with vendors to assemble detailed proposals 
  • Analyze monthly performance and adjust activity to ensure goals/targets are met
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Experience in the construction/industrial/heavy equipment/material handling industry preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Associate degree preferred
This position provides a base of $35,000 - $40,000 plus opportunity for commissions! It is a full-time position 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
