Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Dispatcher for one of our growing clients near our Cerritos office. An ideal candidate will have relevant dispatching and customer service experience.
This is a temp-to-hire position paying $14-16/hr., depending on experience.
The Customer Service & Dispatch Rep is responsible for assisting with operations related to customer accounts and maintenance and service requests.
· Providing customer support for inquiries on maintenance & service requests
· Handling customer issues and complaints by phone and e-mail
· CS / call center experience
· Keeping track of work orders with a sense of urgency
· Utilizing internal systems effectively
· Coordinating with the department manager to handle escalated claims
· Other related duties as required

Must have 1-2 years of customer service and dispatching experience
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be team-oriented and pay strong attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned
