Job Description

We are currently looking for a customer service oriented individual to fill our Asset Servicing team. The ideal candidate is friendly and comfortable on the phone. This individual will enjoy a set schedule, a fun office environment, and great benefits!


  • Manage 40-60 calls per day
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyAdhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree is required
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
