Office & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full-time office & administrative assistant to join our growing office staff! Past experience in office support work is preferred. Please review the job duties below.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, answering the telephone, and client contact as needed
  • Works independently, acts as a resource for others
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency, and general computer skills are required!
Pay: $15-$16/hr.
Full-time 8am - 5pm

Job Requirements

Associates Degree required
Previous administrative experience highly preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
