We are looking for an experienced Accounting Coordinator! You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, capturing contract requirements, and heavy data entry. The right candidate will be self-driven and should be looking for a long-term engagement with an opportunity for growth. This person will also be analytical, technically skilled in Microsoft Suite Applications (Access, Word, Excel) and will have a strong understanding of their functionalities. This is a contract with potential to convert as a direct hire of our client!

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or higher degree level
6 months+ of experience with contract review/legal documents
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Access, and advanced Excel skills
Someone who has initiative, is self-driven, and is looking for growth within the company
Ability to easily learn new software
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer service attitude; demonstrated ability to deal professionally with vendors and internal customers
