Salary: 13-14 an hour
Reports to: CTO
Hours: 8:45am-5:45pm

Job Description:
The role of the Sales Coordinator requires an ability to manage many tasks at once. Calling customers, following up on leads, entering sales orders, following specialized orders through to completion, special projects, reporting and scheduling team meetings are some of the major roles upon which this position will execute.
 
Responsibilities:

  •   Accurate entry of sales orders in to the NetSuite system
  •   Assisting the sales team with drafting and proofreading correspondence and contributing with administrative, technical and clerical support
  •   Take initiative and provide assistance to the team where necessary
  •  Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  •   Run and compile reports to the sales team
  •  
Requirements:
 
  •   Ability to multitask effectively
  •   Detail oriented
  •   Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
  •   Excellent project coordination skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  •  3+ years of experience in a high paced sales environment
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
