Our client, a provider of Manufacturing Software, currently seeks a Full Time Technical Support Analyst to add to their team. This is a 40 Hour a week, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity. Analysts will use their customer service skills to field customer calls on both software and hardware issues for their proprietary ERP software. These reps are the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and will provide accurate, prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries. Calls requiring a more in depth analysis will be escalated to the next level back line analysts.
This role requires good problem solving skills, excellent customer service and basic knowledge of manufacturing procedures- preferably coming from an accounting or order processing background in manufacturing. A minimum of 2 years comparable experience is required, as proficiency with Word and Excel. The work week is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
