Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information
Identify customers' needs and clarify information
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued
Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
