Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' questions regarding the quotation, order entry and shipping processes.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers through email and phone contact
Provide order updates on status of delivery
Provide quote for product pricing and availability
Educate customers over the phone and email on all products sold
Communicate effectively to a variety of clients
Provide support/backup to other areas of the department and organization as needed.
Provide shipping updates in case delays occur
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills!
