Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' questions regarding the quotation, order entry and shipping processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers through email and phone contact
  • Provide order updates on status of delivery
  • Provide quote for product pricing and availability
  • Educate customers over the phone and email on all products sold
  • Communicate effectively to a variety of clients
  • Provide support/backup to other areas of the department and organization as needed.
  • Provide shipping updates in case delays occur 
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills!
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

-Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience!
