Professional Receptionist - Office Assistant Needed ASAP
We have a great opportunity at a dynamic corporate office in Irvine, CA. This very important Office Receptionist is a client facing position. As the receptionist you'll act as an "air traffic controller", so to speak. You'll be relied upon "to keep the wheels on the wagon moving";  You will be the first point of contact for our company; welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the company! You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking and managing the workload in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. This is a very busy office with a lot going on everyday! All fun and all very necessary for the business. The location is in a wonderful corporate park environment with lots going on around the area!
Responsibilities:

  •          Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office
  •          Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  •          Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  •          Provide general information to callers about the company
  •          Deal with questions from the public and customers
  •          Keep aware of company personnel coming and going in and out of the office
  •          Organize and tidy the reception area; making sure it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials
  •          Process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  •          Coordinate meetings and meal orders for multiple departments within the company
  •          Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as assisting with mass mailings
Requirements:
  •          Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Google Suite experience is a plus
  •          Professional attitude and appearance 
  •          Solid written and verbal communication skills
  •          Ability to be resourceful, proactive and take initiative when issues arise
  •          Excellent organizational skills
  •          Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  •          Customer service attitude
  •          Must be reliable
  •          Ability to anticipate needs of the office
  •         Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements:
