Professional Receptionist - Office Assistant Needed ASAP
We have a great opportunity at a dynamic corporate office in Irvine, CA. This very important Office Receptionist is a client facing position. As the receptionist you'll act as an "air traffic controller", so to speak. You'll be relied upon "to keep the wheels on the wagon moving"; You will be the first point of contact for our company; welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the company! You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking and managing the workload in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. This is a very busy office with a lot going on everyday! All fun and all very necessary for the business. The location is in a wonderful corporate park environment with lots going on around the area!
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-Google Suite experience is a plus
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful, proactive and take initiative when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Must be reliable with an excellent history of good attendance
Ability to anticipate needs of the office
Must be able to work Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm
