We are currently seeking a strong Administrative Assistant to join a growing and fast-paced company in Hayward. The client is in need of a self-starter that can manage their time efficiently, consistently meet deadlines and perform under pressure. The company is conveniently located near I-880 and Highway 92. 

The Administrative Assistant will need to be very detail-oriented as he/she will be responsible for processing and sensitive documentation that will be examined by government entities. This person will process day to day administrative tasks for their department such as badging for clients, invoicing, documenting expenses and assisting with payroll for that department. 

This is a temp-to-hire position in Hayward. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Job Requirements

-Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office -Strong attention to detail -Great oral and written communication skills -2+ years of administrative experience -Ability to answer incoming calls -Salesforce experience a plus -Knowledge of OSHA a plus
