One of the Phoenix valley's largest warranty servicing firms, for leisure-based products, is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English). The right person will enjoy taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to receive product information about their warranty services, process exchange or refunds, and other product related information. In addition to the inbound calls, there will also be administrative tasks, such as emailing, entering purchase orders, and computer processing that allows for more variety throughout the day. If you truly enjoy speaking with people, problem solving, and are bilingual in ENGLISH and SPANISH, yet prefer a very relaxed work environment where the focus is on customer service, work-life balance, and are known for treating customer service representatives as valued employees, and not "a number" on a call-center floor, then consider applying for this position today!
