Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position includes:

  • Asisting in drafting and submitting filings
  • Updating customer orders and records
  • Researching jurisdictional requirements
  • Retrieving documents from government offices
  • Supporting the publication department for any admin work

Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required

Previous experience working as administrative assistant, secretary or office support

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Must be proactive and able to meet tight deadlines
