Office Assistant
Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Office Assistant to work in an office in Costa Mesa. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant who has experience tracking, scheduling, and managing calendars as well as working in an office supporting a department. This position is paying $13-15/hr depending on experience.

Additional responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:

  • Processing documents, invoices, and requests
  • Ensuring organization and completion of paperwork
  • Communication between teams
  • Assisting with general office duties
