Job Description

60% E Reviews pricing discrepancies for orders on a daily basis and contacts appropriate parties for approvals.
10% E
Interacts with various departments including: Customer Service, Sales, and Billing on issue resolution from forward buys, credits due customers, and potential incorrect order information.
10% E Assists customer service and sales with customer information regarding: freight, EDI, new items, and export documentation. Works with business managers regarding issues with shortage, order status, allowances and potential forward buys.
5% E Responsible for contracts that are overdrawn, obtains necessary approvals, and resolves them.
5% E Responsible for timely management of sample rooms to ensure integrity of products stored and reviews product/procedures with those whose samples are retained.
5% E Assists manager with entering price lists into the system.
5% E Performs other duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager.
Continually * Responsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe and quality food by following good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements.
* Aware and accountable for maintaining and documenting preventative controls necessary to ensure food safety and quality.
* Responsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to management.
* Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills and information within assigned team and across functional areas.
* Responsible for enhancing technical and functional competencies, as well as professional and leadership development.
