We are currently working with a client in Houston, TX who is looking to add a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic District Sales Rep to their team! This company has been around for over 100 years and offers unlimited growth opportunities.


JOB TITLE: District Sales Rep


TERRITORY: Houston, TX


SALARY: $70K Base + Commission


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


* Follow-up on sales leads
* Maintain an up-to-date quote log
* Complete estimates and proposals
* Negotiate and close sales
* Review contracts and insurance requests
* Complete securement files
* Process change orders
* Monitor and inspect lost jobs
* Complete architectural presentations
* Coordinate trade shows
* Assist in the completion of submittals and shop drawings
* Generate sales leads, complete proposals, and close sales, as needed
* Provide support to accounting in the collection process, as needed
* Participate in ongoing process improvements


 


Key Drivers:


*MUST have construction industry sales experience. General Contractor would be considered as well.


*Good Presentation


*Knowledge and proficiency in a CRM system would be a BIG ++


*High personal drive. "Eye of the tiger' attitude.


*Typing up quotes


*Your customers are General Contractors


*Role has MINIMAL travel outside of their market. Only to random sales meetings.
